Under the supervision of the Engineering Director, the Roads and Bridges Department is responsible for the preparation of plans and specifications, construction engineering and coordinating construction activities with other departments and agencies.  These activities pertain to road resurfacing, road reconstruction, bridge replacement, bridge rehabilitation, and culvert replacements.
