The Ottawa County Road Commission is seeking seasonal employees to assist in snow removal operations and related responsibilities such as flagging, tree work, and patching during the winter season December 3 – March 31.
Those interested in these positions must have the following qualifications:
• Already possess a valid Class A CDL license
• Must have current DOT medical certification
• Experience in the operation snow removal equipment 35,000 GVW and over preferred
• Must be able to perform heavy manual labor and work in severe weather conditions
These seasonal positions will be guaranteed at least 32 hours per week with the pay at $23.50 per hour with no benefits.
